Upon the arrival the customer goes directly to the kiosk machine, reads a range of offered services and pushes a touch-sensitive screen and prints the ticket with his queue number.
Now he may just wait until he is called upon without being to wait in the queue worrying about other people overtaking them. Customers will also have an idea about the estimated waiting time for the service.
Audio and visual displays are used to call upon the customer calling out their ticket numbers through automated digital voice messages and also visually displaying their ticket number corresponding to the counters they will be handled in LED displays.
The system works as a stand-alone module where no software or hardware installations are required. Also one central server can handle many numbers of branches.
