DESCRIPTION

AINS Production Monitor Display System provides assembly line supervisors and operators with a real-time indication of their line is progress in meeting required production. It is a complete system linked to optical sensors on your production line which allows monitoring of production performance both on and off the shop floor. With our Production Monitor Display system you can collect data from every integrated station and know what tests have been run, how many units have passed, first pass rates, station utilization, take times, line efficiency and more. See real-time information about all of your stations and operators or run station history reports to evaluate areas where your production could be more efficient. It also serves as a Schedule Utility used by supervisors to set schedules for each line.

FEATURES

Our system can be programmed to display desired line cycle time (TAKT time) and a countdown of the current cycle, real-time production data and scheduled production total and current time of day.

It allows schedule data to be input from any networked computer and program to intersperse any message of your choice like meeting schedules, motivation messages etc. at any programmable interval. The system runs on Windows platform.

It provides instant access to real-time production statistics and signs can be utilized wherever line process information is needed for disseminating morale or informational messages.

It helps to keep employees informed and motivated and can be read from a 100 ft of distance. You can easily measure the effect of new procedures/tests on line efficiency, track station and operator performance and also run reports from collected data.
